Uncertainty and instability in the world around us can have a BIG impact on our mental well-being.
Taking care of your mental health and checking in on others should be a priority for everyone. Mind HK conducted a research in September 2019 showed that 61% of Hong Kong-ers currently have poor mental well-being.
Over the last few months, Mind HK received multiple requests from workplaces, schools, and the general public asking how to support our own and others’ mental health during this period in Hong Kong. In response, Mind HK has developed several bookletswith tips to help navigate difficult situations and manage your mental health.
The booklets are now available for families, young people, workplaces, and for meeting unfamiliar people. You can download them on the Mind HK website (www.mind.org.hk/conflict-and-mental-health-tips/) in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
