Exciting new opportunity for a general corporate / commercial lawyer with a retail MNC in Shanghai. In this role, you will provide legal support for all of its China-related business. This role reports to senior management and the APAC general counsel, so there is also involvement on regional matters. Ideal candidates should have solid China legal experience from private practice and / or in-house, and experience with another international retailer would be a significant advantage. Also required are the ability to work independently, a strong commercial sense, and the ability to deal with various stakeholders.
