Our client is a family office with an impressive AUM, headquartered in Hong Kong. They are looking to expand in the US and are actively looking to hire a senior legal counsel to support their M&A/PE transactions, real estate investments, as well as contentious matters related to their business there. This role will be the first legal hire for their US business, and they are ideally seeking an independent US-qualified lawyer with solid experience obtained from private practice or in-house. Familiarity with the US business environment and the ability to liaise with various parties are essential. This is a unique opportunity for senior lawyers who are interested in joining a growing platform that offers flexible work arrangements. Business level English and Chinese skills are essential.
