A licensed virtual bank is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal and compliance team in Hong Kong. This is a standalone role which involves advising the bank on all day-to-day operational matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance matters, and advising on all legal and regulatory issues that may arise in relation to the business. The candidate must be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with prior in-house experience. Prior experience in a financial institution/fintech/tech start-up is strongly preferred. Candidates must be fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin), and must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. WS10353
