Our client is a well-established listco that is seeking a senior legal counsel to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will primarily be involved in advising on all aspects of listco compliance work, as well as other corporate, commercial and company secretarial matters. The ideal candidate should have prior in-house experience with solid experience in Hong Kong listing rules, SFO, and the Takeovers Code. International law firm training preferred.
