A regional investment banking and stock brokerage firm is seeking a mid/senior level Derivatives lawyer to join their business here in Hong Kong. This is a standalone role and the candidate will be involved in supporting the Sales & Trading business on derivatives transactions, comprising equity derivatives, fixed income, and delta one across the APAC region. You will be involved in building out the legal function, following through the execution legal coverage of derivatives, as well as providing pragmatic legal and regulatory advice to the business. The ideal candidate should be qualified in Hong Kong or a common law jurisdiction with 5-10 years' PQE. Solid experience in derivatives is mandatory.
