An international firm with a top-ranked finance team are looking for a PSL/Knowledge lawyer to support them. Their practice includes structured and acquisition finance, real estate finance, cross-border lending, syndicated loans, derivatives and debt capital markets. You will work closely with the partners and associates to ensure they keep on top of internal and external developments. Your role will include responsibility for internal and client bulletins; organising and delivering internal training; maintaining and developing precedents and also working closely with the BD team on various client initiatives. Candidates post be a qualified lawyer with experience in a major law firm or relevant experience inhouse with corporates/financial institutions. English and Mandarin language skills (Cantonese preferred but not essential) WS10199
