This role is for a funds formation lawyer with strong private funds experience. Our client is a well-known investment fund that is particularly strong in APAC, but also has good presence globally. It is now looking for a mid to senior lawyer to join its established legal team. This person will provide legal support for the business team’s fund structuring and formation activity, so prior experience in the full suite of fund establishment documents is required. Both in-house and private practice lawyers will be considered. Chinese skills are not required for this role.
