A global investment bank is looking to add a lawyer to its legal team in Hong Kong. This role will be responsible for advising on a range of transactions in relation to equity derivatives and proprietary index transaction matters across APAC. Candidates with least 8 PQE will be considered as VP. Junior candidates will be considered as AVP/Associate. The ideal candidate must be qualified in Hong Kong or a Commonwealth jurisdiction, with relevant experience in the financial services market and equity derivatives area. Candidates from either law firms or in-house will be considered. Chinese language skills are not a must but preferred. WS9622
