最近有注意到的一个现象是一些年轻的候选人、甚至一些工作多年的候选人由于没有经历过通过猎头找工作,对猎头行业缺乏了解,不太了解猎头的工作方式。其实猎头顾问的角色有点像医生,也有望闻问切的步骤,需要了解候选人的背景经历,目前面临的问题,想我们如何提供帮助解决问题等等。因此我们在前期需要跟候选人做充分的沟通,了解候选人的基本信息以及候选人对于下一份工作的期待等等。这个过程会涉及一些问题: 比如候选人的薪资问题,每段经历的离职原因,对于下个职位的期待,目前是否有其他面试等等。所以这次特地想跟大家分享下作为猎头顾问, 每次跟大家沟通的问题背后的原因是什么,从而能让大家更了解猎头顾问的工作,从而帮助大家更好地合作。
离职原因:这是最基本的问题,问这个问题是因为我们只有了解了候选人想换工作的原因才能帮他找到最符合他需求的、满足他期望的职位。同时有些候选人的简历跳槽是非常频繁的,对于这样的简历,客户一定会询问这个人每段的离职原因是什么,因为客户希望找的这个人是长期和稳定的。因此我们只有了解全部的情况才能以最恰当的方式帮助候选人向客户解释这个问题,特别是一些特殊情况,恰当的解释会起到很好的推动作用。
对于下个职位的期望:这是沟通目标非常重要的一环, 涉及候选人可接受的practice领域, 对下个平台的偏好,对title的期待等等。前期定位清晰,目标准确能够使双方更高效、更愉快地完成合作,尽量避免产生不必要的结果与期待的差距。所以候选人知道自己想要什么是非常重要的,在求职前一定要对自己有准确的定位和认识,明确合理的求职目标,因为大家不想看到的是最终offer下来了但是因为没想清楚而拒绝offer。
薪资问题:我们需要了解每个候选人目前的薪资情况以及对下个职位的薪资期待。问这个问题是因为我们需要了解候选人目前的年级,在目前的工作中担任什么样的角色,从而筛选出最符合候选人年级/资历的职位然后进行匹配。因为我们希望候选人最終收到的offer是接近他们的期待的。
是否有其他面试:这个问题其实是面试进度和双方兴趣程度的管理。在市场好的情况下,有些背景好的侯选人可能会有多个面试。在这种情况下,猎头顾问需要了解候选人的各个面试的进度以及对不同机会的喜欢程度和态度,这样才能以最恰当的方式帮候选人去跟客户跟进进度,把握好客户与候选人双方的兴趣程度。特别是在一些时间紧急的情况下,候选人需要及时告知猎头顾问自己的真实情况和想法,这样猎头顾问才能跟客户及时反映情况以便客户做出准确的反应, 比如可以加快出offer的速度。
