在互联网越来越发达的今天,我们获取信息的渠道和速度越来越快越来越多样化,不再依赖于某一个特定的方式。这样的现象已经渗透到我们生活的方方面面, 包括求职。以前, 我们找工作主要靠投递简历去各大招聘网站以及通过猎头公司的帮助, 但是现在,随着互联网的发展和各种自媒体的兴起,以及自己的校友和朋友圈的连接,大家获取信息的途径确实比以前多了,通过这些不同的方式会增加一些求职的机会。但是,虽然现在途径变多了,找工作的时候寻求猎头的帮助依然是主流。那为什么大家还是会选择通过猎头求职呢?因为通过猎头求职有别人所没有的优势。
1 . 对市场的人才流动、行业趋势了解及时,对市场空缺职位的信息及要求更清楚。
猎头每天都在跟不同的人才打交道,对于各行各业的信息了解比较及时。同时对于市场上人才的流动动向掌握准确,对人才空缺的岗位信息比较敏感。并且猎头顾问们跟各个人力资源招聘官/招聘经理常年合作保持着密切联系,对于客户们内部的招聘计划、需求有较全面的了解,可以在最初的时候给到候选人较详细的职位信息,有助于双方进行有效匹配。
2 . 流程的把控
猎头顾问的另一个作用是能够提供客户和候选人360度的服务。从最初的候选人识别,提交候选人报告和简历,到面试流程安排,面试辅导以及最后的薪资谈判,猎头顾问会全程把控每一个环节。在遇到一些比较复杂的情况的时候,猎头顾问会通过专业的方式帮助客户和候选人进行协调,避免一些不必要的误会和麻烦。比如说当客户对候选人简历上呈现的信息有疑问的时候,猎头顾问会专业地解答客户提出的问题,从而推动流程顺利进行下去。
3 . 薪资的谈判
另一个重要的方面就是薪资谈判。可能很多人都有过这样的经验,当自己去和潜在雇主谈薪资的时候,由于缺少对市场信息的了解,在和对方谈判的时候给出了高于市场很多的薪资期待,最终导致谈判破裂。但是如果有猎头的协助,因为猎头对客户公司内部的预算会有大致的了解,这时候猎头就成为双方之间很好的沟通桥梁。当遇到候选人提出较高的期待的时候,猎头会根据情况跟双方协商沟通,最终达到一个双方都满意的平衡点。
4 . Offer的选择
有些出色的候选人在求职时有可能会接到多个offer的情况,有些年轻律师由于缺少经验以及对市场的了解,有时候不知道怎么做决定。如果有猎头朋友的帮助,他们会结合每个人不同的情况,帮助分析不同职位的利弊,行业的趋势走向,个人发展成长空间,从而帮助大家做出正确的决定。
5 . 体面辞职
很多年轻人在自己第一次换工作的时候,不知道如何以恰当的方式跟现有公司老板做离职谈判,现实生活中遇到过一些不开心的离职案例。所以如果有候选人在这方面需要帮助,猎头顾问们也会从各个方面给到很好的离职建议,帮助候选人体面离职。
