Jenny Law

Managing Director

Jenny graduated with a BA in Law and Anthropology from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE). She trained and qualified as a lawyer with Baker & McKenzie where she practiced corporate real estate before moving into legal recruitment in 2011 with Taylor Root. Jenny headed up the private practice division of Lewis Sanders for five years and then went on to become the sole legal recruiter for Mayer Brown, covering all legal recruitment for 7 APAC offices. This in-house legal recruitment experience provided her with valuable insight into the hiring needs of law firms. Jenny returned to Lewis Sanders as a Director working with both law firm and in-house clients in 2023, and she manages the private practice team.  Jenny has gained solid experience over the last 9+ years in the recruitment of lawyers at all levels of seniority into international law firms, financial institutions, and multinational companies.
