Founders’ Story

Lewis Sanders was established in 2006 by Emily Lewis and Lindsey Sanders. Both worked for boutique legal recruiters in Hong Kong for many years prior to setting up the company and brought with them a strong network and entrenched relationships across the region. Lewis Sanders has grown from a two–partner business to one of the largest dedicated specialist legal recruiter in Hong Kong over a 15–year period with an unrivalled reputation in the market.
